ProjSul isn't a faceless corporate firm. It's Joana and Paulo — an architect and a civil engineer who decided to combine their expertise into a single studio. That means your project doesn't get passed between departments or outsourced to strangers. The same two people who design your home also engineer its structure and supervise its construction.
Based in Lagoa, we've been helping clients build across the Algarve for years — from Carvoeiro to Alvor, from small renovations to full villa builds.
Absolutely. Most of our clients are from the UK, Netherlands, and Germany. We communicate in English and Portuguese and are used to managing projects remotely via Zoom and WhatsApp.
It depends on scale and licensing, but a full villa project typically takes 12–18 months from first meeting to keys. We'll give you a realistic timeline from day one.
Yes. If you already have plans from another architect, we can handle the licensing and câmara submissions separately.
We don't build ourselves, but we manage and supervise the construction process. We work with trusted local builders and hold them accountable on your behalf.
